Matching Gifts
Many employers will match employee gifts to hospitals. Sometimes this employee match can double or triple your gift. Please check with your employer's human resources department and ask if they have an "Employee Matching Gift Program." Include this form with your gift and Johnson Memorial Hospital will submit the necessary follow up documentation required.

A Plan For You to Consider

The new emergency department will have a variety of significant naming opportunities to recognize major donors. You may wish to have your family or business name affiliated with a specific unit in the emergency department such as one of the Observation Rooms, Exam Rooms or Nursing Stations. Imagine your satisfaction in knowing that your name is associated with helping thousands of your friends and neighbors throughout the community every year for years to come.

Generous giving can be made easy by taking advantage of the 'Time Payment Plan'. Many people make financial commitments by taking advantage of one or more deferred payment plans (Cars/Boats, etc.). Friends of Johnson Memorial Hospital will find that generous giving can be made easy by applying the Time Payment Plan in determining how much they should give to the Emergency Department Expansion Program. Gifts and pledges may be paid over a three-year period and are fully tax deductible
